6. Solsignia Postura — specific terms

7. Solsignia Pharus — specific terms

Section E — Solsignia Vigil — specific terms
Vigil retrieves breach data from HaveIBeenPwned (HIBP), operated by Pwned Websites Pty Ltd. We do not guarantee that Vigil will detect all breaches affecting a monitored email address or domain. HIBP's database reflects publicly disclosed breaches only. The absence of breach results does not mean an address or domain has never been compromised.
Domain monitoring requires verified ownership of the domain. You confirm that you have the legal right to monitor and receive breach data for any domain you add. You must not add domains you do not own or have explicit authorisation to monitor.
The Vigil trust badge is active only while your paid subscription is active and your domain monitoring is enabled. The badge is automatically deactivated if your subscription lapses, is cancelled, or if monitoring is paused. We reserve the right to deactivate the badge if we determine that the associated domain no longer meets the monitoring requirements.
Vigil is not a substitute for a comprehensive security audit, penetration test, or professional compliance review. The risk scores, action checklists, and reports provided by Vigil are informational tools to support your security posture — they do not constitute legal or compliance advice, and achieving any particular score does not guarantee regulatory compliance.
PDF reports and other exports generated by Vigil are provided for informational purposes only. They reflect data available at the time of generation and may not capture subsequent breach disclosures or changes in your monitoring status.
